Learning to create booklet in InDesign

After creating a booklet in InDesign and placing background image

Create an rectangular frame that is 130mm wide by 100mm high.  Res 300

Open photo in Photoshop

Using the crop tool select 130mmx100, res 300. Also Image>Mode>RGB because it was in CMYK

Double click to select the area

InDesign, command d (for placement)

Using the elipse too, draw an oval. command d to place.

Then to create the page numbers make sure you are working on the A-Master.  

1. Select type tool

2. Draw type box

3. Insert special character>markers>current page number
